Traditional and Authentic Påskelam Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 leg of lamb (about 3-4 kg)
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
